Our representatives will assist you with any query or service you may require from any airport to any other airport. We provide 24*7 customer service support by email and chat.

This type of service is the standard variant from which there are sub-types offering a larger range of options – all information available on our website. It primarily involves having a representative meet you and assist with procedures such as fast-track through immigration, baggage handling and Porter service.

We have services that can be provided on Arrival, on Departure or in Transit/Transfer from any airport to any airport. Our website takes you step by step through your itinerary in order to provide you with the available options.

Airport Services cover all airports across the world. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, please do use the above 4 mentioned options to reach us.

Individual quotations are based on the service that you would require and would vary from airport to airport. Some add-on services would require additional charges based on availability. Once we receive the details of your trip, we can better provide you with an accurate quote. Alternatively, you can complete the details that our website asks you for and receive the quote directly. Payment can be made online through a debit/credit card and we accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex.

Apart from the on Arrival, on Departure and Transit/Transfer service, you can also let us know if you have additional requirements such as a Buggy, Wheelchair requirement, Lounge need, etc and we will be happy to include this into the reservation, where possible. All requests need to be informed to our team in advance of the booking. We cannot guarantee that the request will be provided based on the time available.

You will first need to choose the service you require and then the airport from which you will require it before proceeding to the online form that will collect all details and payment required for us to proceed with your request. Payment can be made online through Credit or Debit card.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer baggage transfer service however we can offer an arrival and departure meet and assist service for such a journey.

It is always advisable to make the booking as far in advance as possible as there is a better chance of confirmation. However, please do contact us at any time as we will definitely check on the availability.

Yes. We do also have the additional service options including the booking of airport transfer (to and from the airport), chauffeur services and Global Sightseeing Tour options. You can let us know your requirement at the time of making the booking or through a simple email.

Wheelchair and Buggy service is available at most airports and we would require advance intimation from you at the time of making or post the booking – informing us of such a requirement.

We in turn will do our best to ensure that the service is provided, if possible. Any extra charges for the service will be intimated to you.

Simply head to Arrivals and look for a driver holding a sign with your name on it. Airport transfers also includes a 45 minutes wait time after landing, we'll even track your flight time and adjust your pick-up time automatically.

You can book a range of vehicles through us, from four-seater Standard cars, to Executive and Luxury models. For bigger groups you can choose a people carrier in various sizes.

As much as we'd love to tell you exactly what the make and model of your taxi will be, our partners have a range of vehicles and we can't guarantee a specific car or people carrier. Instead you can choose a class of vehicle, for example:

  1. Standard - Skoda Octavia or similar
  2. Executive - Mercedes Benz E-Class or similar
  3. Luxury - Mercedes Benz S-Class or similar
  4. People carrier - Peugeot 5008 or similar
  5. Large people carrier - Ford Tourneo or similar
  6. Minibus - Renault Master or similar
  7. Executive people carrier - Mercedes V-Class or similar
  8. Important: When choosing your taxi, make sure you check the passenger and luggage capacities match your needs.

  3. If you wish, you can also add the return route in advance on the same page.

The minimum time between the order placement and its fulfillment is 1 hour.

Don’t worry, we normally monitor customers’ flights and are aware of delays. The free waiting time in such situation is 60 minutes. Still we will advice please, call the support team immediately, and we will figure out how to help you.

Specify the dimensions of the luggage and the number of pieces in the comment field of the order. For instance, 2 ski bags 180 cm long and two suitcases. In this case, only cars which are able to fit such luggage will be checked. If you still hesitate, please, contact our support team.

If the service is cancelled by the applicant/ traveler, a refund will be available as follows:

  • If the service cancellation request comes when the service has been confirmed and booked already by AirportServices.org.uk and travel date is more than 48 hours away –refund will be credited in AirportServices wallet specific to the booker’s email. This balance can be used for future bookings for same passenger or other.
  • If the Cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the travel date & the services have not been confirmed or booked by airportservices.org.uk – at that time no cancellation charge will be applicable.
  • If the Cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the travel date & the services have been confirmed or booked by airportservices.org.uk – at that time a cancellation charge of minimum $30 or 15% of the fee paid (whichever is higher) will be deducted & the rest of the amount will be refunded within 72 working hours. Refund in Airport Services wallet will waive off the cancellation charges and can be used as credit for future bookings.
  • If the Cancellation is made within 24 hours of the confirmed service time no refund will be applicable

Airport Lounges is a lounge booking service that allows you to purchase access into airport lounges regardless of your elite status, lounge memberships, or class of service. We have worldwide lounge partners.

Yes, you do not need to be flying in premium class or have a frequent flyer status to book lounge access with Airport Lounges.

No memberships are required to enter the lounge if you purchase access with Airport Lounges.

Most lounges offer a variety of complimentary amenities including snacks, drinks, shower access, fast wifi, comfortable seating and much more. To determine the amenities that a lounge is offering.

Please send an email to support@airportservices.org.uk with your confirmation booking number, along with a description of the changes that you would like to make. We will send you a new confirmation with the revisions made as soon as possible. Please be sure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation to ensure we have enough time to make your requested change.

We may be able accommodate you based on the circumstances and timing depending upon the availability. No refund will be possible in this case.

In the rare event this happens, please send an email to support@airportservices.org.uk with as much detail as possible describing what happened, including the name of the lounge, your approximate time of entry, the name of the agent you spoke with (if known), and the reason that the lounge provided for denial. We will contact the lounge to investigate and remedy the situation.

While some lounges only offer lounge access packages with specific time limits, there are no limits to the number of packages you can book. Therefore, you can make multiple back-to-back bookings to cover the time you need. If you have a 9 hour layover and you would like to spend this entire time in a lounge, and the lounge only offers a 3 hour package, you can make three separate 3 hour packages to cover this time.

Currently, you can make your reservation up to 2 months in advance. Reservations can be made all the way up to your arrival time, provided that space is available. We would recommend making your booking at least a few days ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Yes! For groups with 11 or more guests, we are required to work with our lounge partners to confirm the booking*. (If your group is 10 or less simply make two separate reservations.) To arrange a group booking please send an email to support@airportservices.org.uk
